About This Role The Registered Nurse in the CTICU at Hackensack Meridian Health is responsible for delivering evidence-based nursing practices and ensuring safe, individualized patient care. Highlights Location: Neptune, NJ Facility: Jersey Shore University Medical Center Schedule: Full-time, Night shift What You'll Do Deliver nursing practices based on evidence-based research and standards of care. Communicate ongoing patient status and treatment plans with healthcare team members. Administer medications using advanced bar‑scanning and documentation technologies. Document patient assessments, plans of care, interventions, and evaluations electronically. Provide patient and family‑centered education for health and disease management. Participate in multi‑disciplinary discharges to ensure safe transitions of care. Requirements Education Current and valid New Jersey Registered Nurse license required BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire Experience Minimum of 6 months of nursing experience or active participation in the Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency program 2 years of critical care nursing preferred Licenses & Certifications BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association required within 60 days of hire ACLS preferred Telemetry certification required Ventilator management experience preferredIABP, CCRN, and CVVH certifications preferred About Hackensack Meridian Health Hackensack Meridian Health is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
