Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to gather information about clients' mental health history and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Engage with clients in a therapeutic setting to help them establish and achieve meaningful treatment goals while utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Implement therapy techniques that address various mental health issues and adjust therapeutic approaches as necessary based on the clients' progress.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of sessions, treatment plans, and client notes in accordance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflicts, and other mental health challenges. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will work closely with a variety of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, providing culturally competent care and adapting your approach to meet their unique needs. Qualifications\n

• Must be fully licensed as a Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
