Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one virtual counseling sessions with clients to assess their mental health and provide tailored support.

• Advocate for clients by assisting them in setting achievable personal goals that align with their treatment plans.

• Evaluate clients’ mental conditions comprehensively and develop effective, solution-focused treatment plans grounded in your clinical expertise.

• Utilize an all-in-one counseling platform to manage client communications through video and text, ensuring seamless interaction and support.

• Maintain thorough documentation of sessions and progress according to best practices in mental health counseling.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must be fully licensed by the state board and in good standing to practice independently without supervision, including LMFT, LPC, or LCSW licensure.

• No provisional licenses or records of disciplinary actions will be accepted.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine empathetic disposition are essential for effective counseling.

• Proficiency in using technology for remote counseling sessions is expected.

Preferred Experience\n

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 - 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
