Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs and formulate effective, individualized treatment plans that promote emotional and psychological well-being.

• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities to facilitate personal growth and emotional healing.

• Set therapeutic goals in conjunction with clients, tracking and evaluating progress to ensure the effectiveness of interventions.

• Provide teletherapy services, making therapy accessible for clients who may experience difficulties attending in-person sessions.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress records to adhere to ethical and professional standards.

• Participate in regular professional development activities, keep current with best practices in mental health care, and implement new techniques to enhance client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, ranging from adolescents to adults, each dealing with various mental health concerns including anxiety disorders, depressive episodes, trauma histories, and relationship issues. Your role will directly impact their journey toward recovery, improving their quality of life through customized support.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as either an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
