Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and various resources available to them.

• Provide evidence-based therapies, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, to individuals, families, and groups.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that include specific therapeutic goals and interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances and needs.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive client care.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes that foster community and provide essential skills for coping and resilience.

• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, including risk assessments and safety planning, to clients who may be in acute distress.

• Maintain precise, timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to all ethical and legal standards of practice.

Your work will primarily focus on adult and adolescent clients presenting with various mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
