Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Motion Well, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting initial consultations with patients to assess their physical condition and medical history.
• Diagnosing movement dysfunction through comprehensive evaluations and assessing the impact on daily activities.
• Developing individualized treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities, including manual therapy and exercise regimens.
• Instructing patients on proper techniques for therapeutic exercises to enhance recovery and ameliorate physical limitations.
• Utilizing equipment such as therapeutic modalities and assistive devices to facilitate patient rehabilitation.
• Tracking patient progress through detailed documentation and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
