This role allows you to work remotely, providing the flexibility to manage your schedule while focusing on the mental health needs of students. Although the position is primarily remote, you will engage collaboratively with school professionals and families to address students' concerns and facilitate their mental health journeys. Flexible scheduling includes some evening and weekend hours to meet the diverse needs of your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments that identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources, ensuring a thorough understanding of their unique circumstances.

• Provide various therapeutic services including individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy tailored for young individuals.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals and interventions to promote client progress, taking a collaborative approach that involves input from clients, families, and other professionals.

• Facilitate crisis intervention strategies, risk assessments, and safety planning for clients struggling with severe emotional distress or crisis situations.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation that aligns with ethical and legal standards as mandated in our practice and the wider healthcare framework.

• Offer psychoeducation classes, facilitate support groups, and conduct group therapy sessions that enable shared learning and collective resilience-building among clients.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, teachers, and other specialists to ensure integrated and coordinated care for each student.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on students in a school setting, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and behavioral challenges. You will provide an essential support system tailored to each student's needs and empower them through difficult emotional experiences, ultimately enhancing their academic performance and overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
