Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients to determine their physical therapy needs and set appropriate, individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities including heat, cold, and electrical stimulation to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Develop and implement customized rehabilitation programs aimed at helping patients achieve their therapeutic goals, such as improved strength, flexibility, and functional capacity.
• Monitor, document, and evaluate patients' progress regularly to ensure effective treatment outcomes and modify therapy plans as necessary.
• Educate and train patients, their families, and caregivers on managing their conditions, ensuring they understand the use of any assistive devices or home exercise regimens.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in physical therapy practices through continuous education, workshops, and professional interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Paramount Orthopedic Rehabilitation Center, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. Qualifications

• A relevant degree in Physical Therapy, with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred.
• A valid and active state license to practice physical therapy in Florida.

• Proficient in computer skills for documentation and patient record management.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
