Work Environment\n

You will join a supportive and engaging remote work environment designed to foster collaboration and personal well-being. The clinic’s infrastructure supports both in-person and telehealth services, allowing for efficient communication and case management. The ideal work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing for a consistent work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to assess diagnoses and formulate detailed treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, integrating best practices of individual, family, and group therapy.
\n
• Engage in ongoing documentation, including treatment plan reviews and clinical case notes, in adherence to company policy and effective therapeutic practices.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including case managers, medical personnel, and educational staff, coordinating services to ensure holistic client care.

• Utilize innovative and creative strategies in therapeutic interventions, striving to help clients achieve and surpass their personal and relational goals.

• Deliver exceptional customer service that encourages client trust and inspires successful therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population that includes children, adolescents, couples, and families experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Your understanding of various family dynamics and community resources will enable you to provide tailored therapy solutions that respect and incorporate each client's unique context.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required, along with a current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state.

• Candidates should possess effective written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the capacity to establish and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.

• Familiarity with mental health documentation, including completion of diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes is essential.

• Demonstrated comfort working with a diverse client base, understanding the nuances of cultural competence and sensitivity in therapy.

• Must be able to successfully pass a background check as part of the hiring process.
