Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personal caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries while fostering positive therapeutic relationships.

• Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress, discuss treatment strategies, and plan for discharges as appropriate.

• Craft, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, ensuring compliance with clinical standards.

• Complete thorough intake assessments for new clients to determine their initial mental health needs and treatment pathways.
\n
• Participate in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and promote professional growth.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to deliver cohesive and holistic care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve outpatient clients seeking therapy for a broad range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other emotional challenges. This role will involve working with individuals, as well as clients' families, ensuring that comprehensive and supportive care is delivered.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.
\n
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in California.
\n
• A commitment to professional ethics and the ability to maintain appropriate boundaries within therapeutic relationships.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is preferred.

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families tailored to diverse backgrounds and needs.

• Proficiency with technology, including the use of RMS systems, Excel, and Outlook for documentation and scheduling.

• Strong skills in conducting intake assessments and developing treatment strategies based on individual client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 90,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications. The fee-for-service model enables our clinicians to earn guaranteed rates paid in advance of collections with opportunities for bonuses. Additional benefits include:
