Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients are pre-screened, stable individuals with low acuity mental health needs. This ensures that you can focus your expertise on therapeutic practices without dealing with high-stress crises. Your work will primarily involve serving veterans and their families, providing support that respects their unique backgrounds and experiences. With a commitment to culturally competent care, your insights and tailored approaches will be invaluable in fostering healing and personal development.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Current and active licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT. Note: We are unable to consider applicants who are interns or require supervision to provide individual therapy.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage client schedules, and excel in case management.
\n
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and document therapeutic progress.

• No disciplinary actions or sanctions on your license at any time.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary range for this full-time position is competitive, from USD 70,000 to USD 130,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
