Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to better understand clients' needs, presenting concerns, and histories.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that align with the personal values, goals, and preferences of each client, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

• Support clients in navigating various challenges including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship conflicts, and communication difficulties.

• Foster a safe and trusting environment that encourages open communication and engagement from clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes to support ongoing care.

• Work collaboratively with a network of clinicians, case managers, and other mental health professionals to ensure a team-based approach to care.

• Respond to crisis situations with immediate intervention, providing essential support to clients in acute distress.

• Engage in continuous professional development by proactively pursuing opportunities to enhance expertise in specialized areas such as adolescent therapy or couples counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with adults, couples, and families within the Bloomingdale community, addressing a broad spectrum of concerns that affect emotional and relational health. Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
