Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in collaborative discussions through staff meetings, group supervisions, and regular one-on-one sessions with a supportive clinical supervisor.

• Deliver effective individual and couples therapy utilizing personalized techniques that foster personal growth, resilience, and emotional well-being.

• Establish therapeutic goals through active collaboration with clients, maintaining continuous tracking of their progress towards these goals.

• Provide innovative teletherapy solutions for clients who may encounter barriers accessing traditional in-person sessions, ensuring that effective therapy reaches those in need.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 101,000, along with a competitive productivity-based compensation package.
