Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and regular evaluations to identify the mental health needs of each patient.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.

• Facilitating effective communication with patients, their families, and multidisciplinary teams to share progress and gather insights.

• Documenting patient interactions and outcomes in our electronic medical records (EMR) system to ensure continuity of care.

• Conducting follow-up interviews and home visits as necessary to assess clients in their living environment.

• Participating in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to discuss treatment strategies and contribute to holistic care planning.

• Providing staff training sessions to enhance the effectiveness of program execution and documentation practices.

• Preparing monthly and quarterly progress reports to track patient outcomes and identify areas for improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your counseling efforts will focus on a diverse range of clients, including both adults and youth. You will support individuals facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship difficulties. Your experience in specialized areas, such as family therapy and trauma-informed care, will enhance the depth of support offered to our clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of 2 years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical or therapeutic setting.

• A proven track record in dealing with family dynamics, couple therapy, or trauma treatment is highly desired.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building strong rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
