Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive, individualized therapy strategies and conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations for clients seeking mental health support.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy when working with individuals, couples, and families.

• Collaborate with professionals from various disciplines to create and implement a holistic care plan tailored to each client's specific needs.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records to comply with state regulations and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality.

• Engage in continual professional development through workshops, training, and networking opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field is required, with a focus on mental health assessments, interventions, and therapeutic methodologies.

• Must possess an active and unrestricted LCSW license in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in counseling is desired.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload availability. In addition to competitive pay, we offer:
