Work Environment\n

This remote, full-time position requires a commitment to professional excellence during standard working hours, Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. In this supportive telehealth environment, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals focused on delivering comprehensive and cohesive care to our clients. The work is primarily conducted through a secure online platform that facilitates virtual therapy sessions, documentation, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s specific needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans, taking into account the unique circumstances of each client, to promote emotional and psychological growth.

• Utilize effective therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant modalities, ensuring alignment with best practices.

• Regularly assess and document client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to improve client outcomes.

• Engage in collaborative case consultations with other team members to ensure a unified approach to client care, sharing insights and strategies that enhance the therapeutic process.

• Participate in continuous professional development and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health care.

• Contribute innovative ideas and suggestions to improve clinic operations, enhance service offerings, and elevate the overall quality of client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients encompass a wide range of demographics and experiences, including those facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and adjustment disorders. You will work closely with clients who are motivated to achieve personal growth and healing. By understanding their unique narratives and aspirations, you will provide guidance and support that is both empathetic and effective.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid California state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) is mandatory.

• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting is essential.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport and trust swiftly with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficiency in electronic medical records systems is advantageous, although not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The anticipated annual salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience.
