Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand client history, strengths, and areas for growth, allowing for the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, and motivational interviewing.

• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans based on ongoing feedback and client needs, ensuring they are on track to meet their therapeutic goals.

• Provide clients with practical coping strategies and resources to manage symptoms and enhance their mental well-being.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care and referrals, when necessary.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans using electronic health record (EHR) systems, maintaining up-to-date and accurate client records.

• Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to share insights and develop best practices for client care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• Valid California license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• Proficient understanding of EHR systems for efficient tracking of client interactions and treatment progress.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 annually. Along with a robust compensation package, we provide comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance.
