Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's needs, conducting comprehensive assessments as a foundation for treatment planning.

• Deliver a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Engage with diverse clientele, conducting group, family, couple, and individual therapy sessions to foster a supportive therapeutic experience.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic care for clients and seamless communication regarding treatment progress.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and quality of care.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, including workshops and continuing education, to stay informed about the latest mental health research and therapeutic methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Relajarse Therapeutic Services, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and various behavioral health concerns. Our goal is to provide compassionate and tailored support to each client, recognizing their unique backgrounds, experiences, and needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, particularly within clinical settings.

• A strong foundation in legal and ethical standards of mental health practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and trust with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
