Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate individual client needs, strengths, and challenges. For example, you'll utilize diagnostic interviews and standardized assessment tools to inform treatment plans.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other therapeutic modalities tailored to client preferences.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups that cover topics such as stress management, coping strategies, and mental health awareness, fostering a supportive atmosphere that promotes community among participants.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated and comprehensive care for clients.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, having the ability to assess emergencies calmly and develop immediate support strategies for clients in crisis.
\n
• Educate clients about their rights, available resources, and opportunities for recovery in relation to mental health conditions.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential case documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards while ensuring timely updates to clients' records.
\n
• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in mental health therapy.

• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in mental health treatment, integrating new findings into practice to continuously improve client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse population of clients facing various mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) , Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Colorado.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, evidenced-based treatment modalities, and a commitment to ongoing professional education.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and create effective treatment strategies.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for strong therapeutic alliances with clients.
\n
• Sound ethical judgment and a commitment to maintaining the highest professional standards.
\n
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other digital tools for documentation and communication.
\n
• A strong capacity for teamwork, demonstrating a collaborative spirit in working with diverse healthcare professionals.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with clients from varied cultural backgrounds and with a range of mental health conditions.

• Prior experience in outpatient settings or community mental health clinics.

• Familiarity with community resources to aid clients in navigating their personal journeys toward improved mental health.

• Experience in facilitating group therapy or psychoeducational workshops.

Compensation and Benefits\n
