Solace Springs Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinical Mental Health Therapist licensed as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC to work full-time in a supportive and collaborative remote environment. This role plays a pivotal part in providing comprehensive therapy services to individuals grappling with substance abuse as well as co-occurring mental health disorders. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions through telehealth, employing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client's needs.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans appropriately.
\n
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their support systems, ensuring they are aligned with therapeutic goals.
\n
• Actively participate in weekly multidisciplinary team meetings, sharing insights and contributing to the collective approach to client treatment.
\n
• Supervise and mentor Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage and Family Therapists, and/or Associate Professional Clinical Counselors, enhancing their professional growth and therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with individuals experiencing substance abuse along with co-occurring mood disorders, providing a supportive environment where clients can explore their feelings, progress in their recovery, and improve their mental health. You will also work closely with families and couples, addressing relational issues and improving communication and support networks as part of the healing process.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
\n
• Active, valid license in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Science as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
\n
• A minimum of three years of experience in clinical practice after obtaining licensure.
\n
• Strong background in evidence-based practices, particularly in treating mood disorders.
\n
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of post-licensure experience working specifically with mood disorders and conditions associated with substance use.

• Proficiency in treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Experience collaborating with psychiatrists and other allied health professionals for holistic patient care.
\n
• A documented track record of successful outcomes in individual therapy cases.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
