Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy, behavioral therapy, and psychotherapy.

• Monitor client progress diligently, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize outcomes.

• Provide immediate support during crises, effectively de-escalating situations and guiding families through acute challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care, maintaining open lines of communication regarding patient welfare and treatment approaches.

• Document session notes and treatment plans in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Telehealth Mental Health Counselor will primarily focus on a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and families. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
