Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision to practicum students who are pursuing clinical licensure or are in their Master’s degree programs, offering mentorship and guidance to foster their growth.

• Deliver psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals across various disciplines, as well as community resources, to ensure comprehensive care and integrated support for clients.

• Contribute actively to the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans, utilizing assessments and clinical data to inform therapeutic strategies.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and supervisory activities in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Continually update knowledge of current research, best practices, and advancements in the field of therapy to enhance the quality of care provided to clients.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience providing therapeutic services in a clinical setting.
