Key Responsibilities\n

• Administer automated symptom self-assessments and monitor functional improvement to create tailored treatment plans that evolve according to client needs.

• Utilize our intuitive therapist portal to maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, minimizing administrative burdens and maximizing client engagement.
\n
• Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions through synchronous live video platforms to adults facing a variety of emotional challenges, ensuring accessibility and convenience in care.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to enhance client treatment plans and ensure a holistic approach to mental health care.
\n
• Employ therapeutic models including behavior modification, cognitive behavioral therapy, and brief therapy techniques to address varied mental health conditions during sessions.

• Formulate diagnoses by adhering to the DSM V standards and develop individualized treatment plans in alignment with established practice guidelines.

• Identify client goals through ongoing assessments, celebrating progress and milestones to encourage positive therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
