Human Resources Supervisor

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Supervisor to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting daily HR operations while helping ensure organizational expectations are met across departments. This is not a traditional HR role—success in this position requires adaptability, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for staffing agencies
Support and help enforce operational expectations across teams
Assist with employee relations, including addressing concerns and facilitating communication
Maintain accurate records and support HR administrative processes
Manage time-sensitive tasks and prioritize competing deadlines effectively
Qualifications
Previous experience in human resources or a related field preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently when needed
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Requirements
Late morning to early afternoon availability (required)
Ability to commute to Ruther Glen, VA 22546 (required)
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
