Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions, implement treatment plans, and monitor progress as prescribed by physicians.
• Conduct assessments for a diverse patient population, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases.
• Utilize evidence-based practice to deliver personalized therapeutic interventions that align with each patient's unique goals.
• Foster strong relationships with patients and their caregivers to enhance understanding of treatment regimens and facilitate effective recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and services rendered, ensuring compliance with regulations and organizational standards.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to maximize patient outcomes and contribute to the overall success of treatment strategies.
• Engage in continual professional development and training sessions to ensure the application of the latest research-driven practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program, with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications: Active state license in Physical Therapy and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to effectively relay complex information and motivate patients.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer applications and electronic health record systems to document and manage patient information efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in home health settings is a plus, with a preference for those familiar with at-home rehabilitation practices.
• Background in managing a varied caseload with diverse treatment modalities to effectively cater to all patients.
• Knowledge of current trends in physical therapy and a willingness to integrate new methods into daily practice.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and abilities. In addition to a robust compensation package, we provide:
