Rehab Innovate PT Clinic is seeking a dedicated Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team full-time in Miami, Florida. Work Environment

This full-time position is based in the client's homes, allowing us to provide personalized, hands-on care in their familiar surroundings. Our therapists utilize evidence-based practices to address various conditions, ensuring that treatment is both effective and tailored to individual needs. With a salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 per year, we offer competitive compensation for those committed to excellence in patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess their physical abilities, limitations, and rehabilitation goals.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans designed to promote optimal recovery and mobility.
• Educate patients on therapeutic exercises and wellness strategies to prevent further injury and enhance their overall well-being.
• Implement a variety of treatment techniques that may include therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Manage a focused caseload, dedicating one-on-one time with each patient to ensure personalized attention and care.
• Document patient progress thoroughly and accurately, maintaining clear communication with patients and healthcare team members.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to coordinate comprehensive care plans.
• Motivate and encourage patients, tracking their achievements and adjusting plans as required to enhance outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and various musculoskeletal conditions. Our patient demographic spans all ages, from children recovering from sports injuries to older adults dealing with post-operative rehabilitation. Your expertise will play a critical role in guiding them through their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required; preference is given to candidates with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida is essential.
• Proven track record with no disciplinary actions against your professional license.
• Exceptional competency in manual therapy and the ability to implement tailored exercise protocols.
• Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems, with familiarity in WebPT preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated skill in developing patient-specific rehabilitation strategies and wellness programs.
• Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve patient objectives.
