Work Environment

This full-time position offers a unique work setting in home care, requiring the physical therapist to travel to patients' residences throughout Miami Beach and surrounding areas. The typical work week consists of 40 hours with variable weekends included, allowing for a flexible approach to provide care while accommodating patients' schedules. Key Responsibilities

The Orthopedic Physical Therapist will undertake a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Conducting thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical capabilities and limitations.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and nursing staff, to develop comprehensive treatment plans that address individual patient needs.
• Implementing treatment programs tailored to orthopedic conditions, utilizing advanced techniques and modalities.
• Educating patients and their families on techniques to enhance recovery at home, including therapeutic exercises and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of patient care and progress, in adherence to applicable laws and organizational standards.

• Engaging in self-directed learning and professional development through continuing education and in-service trainings.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this role is on patients with orthopedic conditions, which may include post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain management, and degenerative diseases affecting mobility. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
