This position offers the flexibility of remote work while being an integral part of a dynamic community health clinic. Our clinic supports a work-life balance, operating Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive mental health assessments, taking into account the unique experiences and backgrounds of each patient.

• Develop tailored, evidence-based treatment plans that reflect patients' individual needs while considering their cultural contexts.

• Provide one-on-one, family, and group therapy sessions to address a variety of mental health concerns, promoting resilience and emotional well-being.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and community service providers to deliver coordinated and effective care.

• Offer crisis intervention during mental health emergencies, ensuring timely support while maintaining a calm and stable environment.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and available community resources to enhance their understanding and engagement.

• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards using our integrated electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Continually update your skills and knowledge through our cultural competency training and attend workshops relevant to the field.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as either an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee.

• A profound knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methods with an emphasis on cultural competence.

• Experience in delivering individual and group therapy sessions with a focus on inclusive and culturally responsive practices.

• Strong crisis intervention abilities and capability to remain composed under pressure.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to connect with a wide range of individuals.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and a general proficiency with computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
