Key Responsibilities\n

• Serve as a primary clinician providing individualized care and treatment plans for clients exhibiting symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.

• Participate actively as a team member, working collaboratively to meet collective goals, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.

• Conduct regular assessments and brief, evidence-based screenings to determine the immediate needs of clients, facilitating access to necessary resources.

• Create, implement, and monitor integrated care plans, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among clients, families, and other healthcare providers.

• Deliver a range of focused treatment options, including individual, group, and family therapy, tailored to specific presenting problems and client requests.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, employing evidence-based approaches to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and data submissions in a timely manner, adhering strictly to organizational policies and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

• Current LCSW license in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
