Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, employing various diagnostic tools and interviewing techniques.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on best practice methodologies, ensuring measurable outcomes for your clients.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solutions-focused therapy.

• Engage with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients.

• Offer crisis intervention, deploying de-escalation strategies and treatment to stabilize clients in acute mental health crises.

• Participate in community outreach and educational programs aimed at bolstering mental health awareness and reducing stigma.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
