Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality therapy services to individuals, couples, and families in various settings, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to client needs.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all client interactions and treatment efficacy in accordance with state and federal regulations and organizational policies.

• Stay informed on the latest developments in therapy techniques, mental health trends, and best practices to continuously improve client outcomes.

• Participate in regular team meetings and training workshops to share insights, challenges, and strategies for effective practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse range of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and family dynamics. We emphasize cultural competence and adaptability in our therapeutic approaches, recognizing the unique backgrounds and experiences each client brings to the sessions. Your role will be pivotal in facilitating a path towards improved mental health and interpersonal relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A current Arizona LMFT licensure is required, or candidates must be eligible for licensure in Arizona.

• A strong clinical background in marriage and family therapy, with at least two years of relevant experience working with diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
