Assistant Property Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Property Manager that is fluent in Arabic and English. You will be responsible for responding to leads via phone, email, or website, giving tours to prospective tenants, and keeping units move‑in ready. The role requires basic computer skills, strong communication skills, and creative marketing abilities. Qualifications Fluent Arabic and English 3+ years of leasing experience Great with people – warm, friendly, helpful on the phone and in person Basic computer skills: typing, writing correspondence, memos, etc. Availability for evenings and weekends 2+ years experience with Yardi software Responsibilities Reports to property manager Greets prospective tenants and gives tours while determining housing needs and preferences, and closing leads Follows up with all leads and prospects that did not lease Ensures apartments are move‑in ready Seeks out new residents with creative marketing techniques Responds timely to all calls, emails, and site visits Responds to maintenance requests and tenant complaints Conducts property walks/inspections #J-18808-Ljbffr Diamond Management Group, Inc.
