The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to recognize individual goals, objectives, and movement limitations.
• Manage a patient load of one patient per hour, ensuring quality time is devoted to personalized care.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices to develop individual treatment plans.
• Administer a variety of cost-effective therapies that are designed to improve patients' range of motion and mobility.
• Emphasize and facilitate non-surgical options, minimizing reliance on medications where possible.
• Develop tailored fitness and wellness programs that align with each patient's lifestyle and rehabilitation goals.
• Motivate and encourage patients throughout their treatment process to enhance their functional capabilities.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication regarding patient progress.
• Document and maintain accurate records of all treatments and patient interactions.
• Continuously evaluate treatment effectiveness and adjust plans based on patient feedback and progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and those looking to improve their overall physical health. As a Physical Therapist at our facility, you will interact with a broad demographic, allowing you to apply your expertise to help diverse clients achieve optimal performance in their daily activities.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Master's (MPT) or Doctorate (DPT) is preferred.
• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California without any disciplinary actions on record.
• Proficient in manual therapy techniques and designing effective exercise programs.
• Capable of utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) software, such as WebPT, to document treatment efficiency and patient progress.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated competency in providing patient-centered care and individualized treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits
