Addison Group is partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume recruiting initiatives across multiple business functions. Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee full-cycle recruiting efforts for a high-volume requisition workload. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to identify hiring needs, source qualified candidates, and drive an efficient and positive hiring process from sourcing through offer stage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a high-volume requisition load across multiple departments and position types
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recruitment priorities
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
• Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and hiring decisions
• Guide hiring managers through recruitment best practices and hiring processes
• Facilitate offer discussions, reference checks, and onboarding coordination
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and candidate records within the ATS
• Support employer branding efforts and recruiting events as needed

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
• Strong sourcing, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and build strong stakeholder relationships
• Experience with staffing agency recruiting is welcomed
• Manufacturing recruiting experience is preferred but not required
• Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud or similar ATS platforms is a plus
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus
• SHRM, SHRM-CP, or LinkedIn Recruiter certifications are a plus

Additional Details:

• Contract opportunity expected to last 6–12+ months with potential for permanent hire
• Hybrid schedule with 2 onsite days per week
• Standard business hours Monday through Friday
• Fast-moving interview process with an immediate hiring need
