Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, fostering strong therapeutic relationships built on trust, empathy, and professional integrity.

• Conduct regular assessments and review sessions to monitor client progress and discuss treatment goals, stability, and eventual discharge when appropriate.

• Keep accurate and up-to-date documentation of each client’s progress, therapy sessions, and any changes to their treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with at Conscious Growths Therapy Center represent a diverse range of backgrounds, facing various mental health challenges that require tailored therapeutic interventions. Our client focus includes adults and children dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Texas.

• Proficiency in using technology, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Microsoft Outlook, and the PIMSY electronic health record system.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Conscious Growths Therapy Center offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
