Saison Restaurant is seeking a Sous Chef to join our passionate, dedicated culinary team. This is a rare opportunity for someone who is full of creativity as well as meticulous, detail-oriented dedication. A background in excelling as a CDP and a start in culinary management at a Michelin level is ideal. The individual should possess a genuine passion for hospitality and excellence and a thoughtful approach to leadership, wishing to help develop a team as well as themselves.
Saison is an open wood fire restaurant emphasizing the bounty of California’s evolving terroir under the leadership and vision of James Beard Awards Finalist, Executive Chef & Co-Owner Richard Lee. It is driven by his dedication to purity and innovation, crafting nuanced flavors with intention inspired by the culinary diversity of Northern California. We hold two Michelin stars, were No. 22 on 2026’s North America’s 50 Best Lists, have been featured on the World’s 50 Best List, and are a proud member of Relais & Chateaux and Les Grandes Tables du Monde. We are also a restaurant committed to evolving fine dining culture for both team and guest.
