Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing virtual therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families to guide them toward mental wellness.

• Establishing a warm and trusting atmosphere where clients feel comfortable discussing their challenges and aspirations.

• Collaboratively developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and therapeutic goals.

• Utilizing telehealth platforms and tools to effectively conduct therapy and track client progress.

• Documenting clinical notes and maintaining comprehensive records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and various life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Possession of active clinical licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is mandatory.

• Demonstrated expertise in creating personalized treatment plans and delivering effective therapeutic interventions.

• Excellent virtual communication skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.

• Proficiency in utilizing digital therapeutic tools and platforms tailored to remote counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling is preferred.
