Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional health. This involves careful consideration of their unique histories, presenting issues, and personal goals.

• Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, drawing upon evidence-based practices and continually reviewing these plans to adapt to clients’ progress and evolving needs.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for a diverse client base, addressing a wide spectrum of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Provide couples therapy that focuses on enhancing communication skills, conflict resolution, and relationship satisfaction.

• Maintain precise and updated documentation including progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with all applicable legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in collaborative treatment with interdisciplinary healthcare teams as necessary, contributing to a coordinated approach to clients’ well-being.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
