Key Responsibilities\n

As our LCSW, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand clients' psychosocial needs, followed by developing personalized treatment plans utilizing best practices and evidence-based interventions.

• Implementing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) tailored to address the unique requirements of each patient.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and agency standards, ensuring transparent and effective communication within the treatment team.

• Engaging in collaborative case management with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to provide holistic care.

• Participating actively in peer review meetings and case consultations to continually elevate the standard of care offered to clients.

• Educating clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources that can enhance their journey towards well-being.

• Staying current with advances in mental health research and integrating new knowledge into clinical practice, ensuring continuous professional growth and enhanced patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse group of individuals including those undergoing detoxification and seeking ongoing support for mental health issues. Many clients may experience trauma, depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders. Your role will be crucial in providing these individuals a safe space for healing and recovery, tailored to their unique cultural backgrounds and life experiences.

Qualifications\n

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, specifically in psychotherapy and mental health treatment.
