Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with hospice patients and their families. This population often grapples with complicated emotions such as fear, sadness, and anxiety related to terminal diagnoses. As a Clinical Counselor, you will guide clients through grief, aid in processing loss, and provide support in celebrating life transitions, ensuring that they receive the emotional support needed during this critical period.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related mental health field is required.

• Possession of a valid Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) credential.
