Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, particularly Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to clients aiming for stress relief, relaxation, and improved overall well-being.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients’ unique stressors, goals, and challenges, subsequently tailoring mindfulness practices to their specific needs.

• Guide individuals through mindfulness exercises, meditation, and breathwork techniques, promoting self-awareness, emotional balance, and resilience.

• Facilitate group workshops and training sessions focused on mindfulness practices, stress management, and strategies to build resilience among participants.

• Integrate mindfulness techniques into individual therapy sessions, addressing clients' specific mental health issues to support their sustained growth and coping strategies.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare practitioners to ensure an integrative approach that encompasses physical and mental well-being.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client progress, mindfulness interventions employed, and follow-up treatment plans in adherence with ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n
