Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and devise individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Apply evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate individual, family, couples, and group therapy sessions to address a wide range of mental health issues, fostering personal growth and emotional resilience.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and state regulations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, holistic care for clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to enhance your therapeutic skills and remain informed of advancements in mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Heritage Behavioral Health, you will primarily work with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds experiencing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our focus is on providing care to those who may have limited access to mental health services, empowering clients to improve their overall well-being and navigate their life journeys effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, particularly in a mental health setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse client populations.

• Proven capability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
