Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to create tailored therapeutic strategies that address the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, integrating various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients, participating in case reviews and treatment planning meetings.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards while ensuring confidentiality.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay updated on the latest mental health research and practices.

This position focuses on serving individuals and families from various backgrounds who may be experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling capacity, with emphasis on clinical practice.

• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards pertaining to mental health practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to provide cohesive client care.
