Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored treatment plans that address both short-term crises and long-term recovery goals.

• Providing consultation for crisis plans, positive behavior plans, and medication treatment approaches as needed by the clinical team.

• Documenting all client interactions, assessments, and treatment progress in a timely manner, adhering to regulatory standards to ensure compliance.

• Utilizing evidence-based screening tools to assess client needs and tailoring interventions accordingly.
\n
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to construct and implement effective positive behavior support plans that foster client growth.

• Engaging as an active participant in licensing and accreditation processes to maintain the high standards of our practice.

• Establishing liaisons with community services, state agencies, and other relevant partners, building relationships that enhance service provision.

• Communicating effectively with community stakeholders to further our organization’s mission and expand our outreach.

• Participating in personal and professional development through conferences, workshops, and community engagement activities.

• Performing additional duties as assigned to support the clinic and its objectives, particularly under the guidance of the Clinic Director.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will bring the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in the state of Washington or the willingness to obtain one, with support from our organization to cover licensing fees if currently licensed in another state.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences are highly regarded:
