Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to gather data on children's developmental needs.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).

• Monitor and evaluate outcomes collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals.

• Provide essential support and resources to families aimed at enhancing their child’s development.

• Adhere strictly to all applicable federal and state regulations to maintain the highest standards of care.

• Foster strong relationships with children, families, and team members to facilitate a nurturing learning environment.

• Utilize evidence-based strategies and the Natural Learning Environment Practices to guide interventions.

• Deliver ongoing education to families on child development and effective parenting strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with infants, toddlers, and their families, particularly those who face developmental delays or disabilities. This role emphasizes a family-centered approach, allowing you to partner with parents and caregivers to create tailored plans that support their children’s growth. Drawing on your social work expertise, you will play a pivotal role in aiding families as they navigate the complexities of early intervention and seek to provide the best opportunities for their children.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
