Key Responsibilities\n

• Monitor intern caseloads, ensuring that assignments align with programmatic outcomes and quality standards.

• Engage in audits and quality improvement initiatives related to client records, ensuring adherence to state and federal guidelines.

• Attend mandatory agency meetings and professional development sessions to stay abreast of best practices and policy changes.

• Utilize our AWARDS electronic health record system for timely and precise data entry regarding client interactions and treatment plans.

• Respond to crisis situations by providing immediate clinical consultation via phone or video call.
\n
• Oversee the internship program, including managing recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives to build a talented team of future clinicians.

• Participate in planning and executing recruitment events aimed at attracting diverse interns and trainees.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 122,000 based on experience and qualifications.
