Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand client backgrounds, issues, and therapeutic needs.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to their specific concerns.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focused on enhancing emotional and psychological well-being.

• Facilitate therapy sessions addressing family dynamics, communication barriers, and relationship improvements.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment approaches as needed.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed therapist at Murray Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse range of clients. Our clientele includes children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various issues such as: substance abuse, psychological trauma, grief, relationship conflicts, communication difficulties, and the complexities of blended families. Your work will significantly contribute to fostering healthier family systems and aiding individuals in navigating the challenges related to separation and divorce.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy and a nonjudgmental attitude towards diverse client experiences and struggles.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills for effective workload management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
