Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will provide therapy to couples and individual family members, addressing various issues that impact family dynamics. Your everyday tasks will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand the issues faced by clients, including alcohol and substance abuse concerns, marital conflicts, grief and loss, and psychological stressors.

• Facilitating therapy sessions focused on resolving conflicts among family members and improving communication skills.
\n
• Implementing therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of blended families, individuals undergoing separation or divorce, and those struggling with job-related stress.

• Documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate records compliant with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Adapting therapeutic strategies based on patient feedback and therapeutic outcomes to enhance effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of patients, including adults and adolescents, addressing various mental health concerns in a compassionate manner. Your role is critical in creating a supportive atmosphere where clients feel comfortable expressing their struggles, whether it's navigating family conflict, improving communication, or addressing mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• A strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

• Proficiency in using technology for telehealth services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
