Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will consist of:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Delivering individualized therapy sessions, including individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.

• Developing, implementing, and regularly updating personalized treatment plans that prioritize clients' goals and specific therapeutic needs.
\n
• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure a coordinated approach to client care.

• Providing crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments, and establishing safety plans when necessary to ensure client safety.

• Facilitating psychoeducational classes, support groups, and group therapy sessions aimed at improving mental health literacy among clients.

• Maintaining accurate, timely documentation that complies with ethical standards and legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse array of clients, from children and adolescents to adults and seniors. This role involves addressing a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, stress management, trauma recovery, and relationship challenges. Understanding the unique needs of each client demographic is paramount in providing effective and compassionate care.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• An active Massachusetts state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
