This position offers a flexible remote work setting that promotes work-life balance while allowing you to engage meaningfully with clients. Our schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to cater to our patients' needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.

• Provide therapeutic interventions to clients through various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to ensure holistic patient care.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and therapeutic approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
